Cockpit Creations accepts returns of certain unopened items within 7 days days of delivery. All items must be in their original, NEW and UNUSED condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item to our distributing center. Only after the item is received by our store, will a store credit be given in the amount of the item, minus the cost of shipping.  We do not accept returns on stickers, posters/prints or flags.

Once a return or exchange has been authorized, send your items to the following address using your most economical form of shipping that provides tracking information. Once our staff confirms the tracking information, we will issue a store credit for the amount of your returned item.

REFUNDS:

If a refund is authorized for your order, refunds from Cockpit Creations will only be issued in store credit once the original item has been received.

EXCHANGES:

Cockpit Creations accepts exchanges of unopened items within 7 days days of delivery. All items must be in their original, NEW and UNOPENED condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item to our distributing center. The buyer is entitled to exchange their product for another identical product from their original order. Exchanges are limited to the color and design of the original order and cannot be substituted for a different design or color of product.
